Four-Piece Gillette Rarity! Wow!

Has anyone ever seen on of these 4-Piece Gillettes before? With the two-piece aluminium handle?

Neither have I. Why? Because it's not a Gillette... It's a GILLETTIN!!!   

I have seen four piece Gillettes, they are fairly common, I have also seen Gillettin razors, but I don't remember the handles. That one is in nice shape, have you shaved with it?

Gelletin? Never hear of them either!

I have several 4-piece Gillettes; they do shave rather well, although the plating on all of them is quite thin.

But this “Gillettin” (Chinese??) I haven’t tried. Only picked it up yesterday. A lady at a flea market gave it to me

Gilletin is arguably an infringement of the Gillette trademark.  Does this razor look like a Gillette model?

Nope, not as far as I am aware.

Does not resemble a Gillette, I seem to remember someone saying they were made in India, but don't quote me on that.
