Great question. It's an Ashi Hamono 270mm sujihiki.

I have two Ashi Hamono knives. A Guyto 240mm and a Petty 150mm, both in White #2. They are my favorite knives of all the ones I have. These two are always on my cutting board and the rest are in my knife bag and I take one out here and there!

Thanks for the photo. Ashi Hamono makes awesome knives. I have the 240mm Gyuto in both White No. 2 and Swedish Stainless. By the way, that's a nice cutting board.
