Gentlemen,
I believe the new Simpson synthetic brushes are designed for lathering to and fro, in paint brush strokes, and that’s why with their dense knots and short lofts they have minimal splay. The two brushes offered here fall in that category: they are inappropriate for  circular strokes. If you lather in paint brush strokes, these two brushes are heaven with their dense knots and incredibly soft tips. I have used each about a handful of times. The price includes U.S. shipping. No trades, please.

Duke 3, 23/48, new $80. Your price is $50.

Tulip 3, 23/48. New, it cost $63. Your price is $45. (SOLD)

The T3 is indeed my favorite synth brush of all time. (I also have the T1 with Simpson tube for travel) Usually, I will spend a week or two with a new acquisition in order to find the sweetest spots before putting it into rotation. I stayed with the T3 for almost a year since it is superb IMHO as with all wet shaving paraphernalia YMMV.

That model is a good brush. I had the T3, but it was a little big for me. I prefer the T2, which is just my size.
