My latest creation, a Semogue brush made of Selected Silvertip (the same from LE2010) badger hair and a water buffalo hand turned handle.

I don't know if I am the only one, but I am soooooo happy Semogue kept their Excelsior logo, I really disliked the one they used on the 2011 LE.

Now, is this your personal brush, or are you going to sell these. That is the question.

According to Facebook it was a specially made brush for a customer in the Netherlands. Though he did hint at making a production run with enough interest, like a LE. He did say that these are expensive brushes.

Hi gents.

This special brush was made for a Dutch customer. It cost 150 Euros. Having the handle made took months. I'm beginning to search for distinct suppliers from Asia to provide me water buffalo horns, import them and have them turned right here in Portugal. This way I believe I can lower the final price a bit and at the same time have my own handles in the shapes I want.
Let's see what I can find out there.

Thanks for all your warm remarks.

I really hope to be able to get one of these if you can secure a less expensive horn. My one brush regret was not getting in on the 2010LE select Silvertip. Semogue and Shavemac rule for badger IMO and Semogue and Omega for boar. That puts Semogue as the top brush maker in my book.
