Lee was gracious enough to send me two brushes to try out. I believe one of the brushes has a higher glue bump than the other, with that being the only two differences between the brushes, IIRC (Lee can correct me if I'm wrong).

anyhow, here's some photos;

since I'm not entirely sure how to tell the brushes apart (1 has a WSP logo on the bottom of the 1, though I'm not sure what that means), I'll just tell you which cream I used in the photos.

1st up I used some arko commando shaving cream and palm lathered:

2nd brush used supermax ultimate shaving cream that Freddy sent me a while ago (thanks, Freddy!):

some nice lather shots, eh?!

how did the brush feel? or have you not had a chance to use it yet?

any shots of the full brushes? knot/handle

I find most brushes can make lather easily with a good product and technique.

The true measure of a brush is, how it performs in actually shave setting, how does it feel on the face, releases lather, holds water, spays etc

but i must say, that lather looks perfect. nice and thick, slick and looks like it has plenty of water in it, just the way i like it (especially in pic 2 & 3). that's the type of lather i strive for on every shave.

I haven't lathered my face with it yet, only test lathers.

for my next shave, I'll be sure to use Lee's brush and let you know how it feels.

as far as full photos of the brushes and knots, I'll take some tomorrow after work and upload them.

I will say that the 1 brush (with the WSP logo on the bottom of the handle I believe) is stiffer than the brush that doesn't have any logos on it. I happen to prefer the brush without the logo on it, as it stands right now.

I've been using the WSP extra firm brush this week, with the higher glue bump, and have had great success. Its nice and soft in these tips, but plenty firm for face lathering and whips up a great lather. Definitely pleased with my purchase of one.

not at the moment. If I weren't going to bed soon, I'd take a few photos.

ok, ok...after you gents twisted my arm, I took some photos. Tongue

1st brush is the one without the wsp logo on the bottom:

and now photos of the brush with the wsp logo:

and now photos of the two side by side. the wsp logo is on the left, the one without a logo is one the right. to me, the brush on the left appears have a knot that is a touch higher:
