I'm surfing this site and watching the MSU - St Louis game and a Gillette Proglide commercial came on that made me laugh a bit ironically...
The premise I thought interesting. A man tries to see how long he can last on one cartridge which I thought was a bit anti-Gillette. Maybe it's a nod to the economic times and how expensive the products now are as they advertised he went 5 weeks.
I'm sure most on here used carts at one point... How long would you go on a cart? I'd commonly go 5 weeks, but that was due to sporadic shaving, being cheap and trying to avoid shaving as much as possible.

Me too Brent, and I'm in Columbus as well.

There's a popular radio show host in Atlanta that made a disposable last an entire year, and I tried his method and made a bump fighter cart last 3 months before I got bored with it. The key is to make sure you dry the blades well.
My straight razor should last at least a century though, so that wins the contest.
