Might be available for the holidays at a very good price. An open comb and standard bar and it appears the blade is enclosed within the head.

I like the standard bar one. I never did understand why razor manufactures designed razors to let the ends be exposed.

Enclosed blades seems to be the trend among stainless steel razor makers which is a good thing.

Safer way to grab the blade when changing them, especially with wet fingers.

i would love to have one of those Open Comb razors. I looks fantastic! I could be wrong but i find it similar in design, as my no 1 favorite Gillette NEW!!! W00t

And i like the part about a very good price! Who knows, i might buy one in the future if it shaves as good as it looks, and the price is reasonable!

I think you might be correct about it looking like the NEW.

I have the 2nd generation bulldog deluxe and this looks like that one. I believe its based off of the Gillette NEW short comb, if I'm not mistaken. Its a great razor, hitting just about middle of the pack in terms of aggressiveness. Its my "desert island" razor.

I have been saving for the open comb model and knew it was going to be released before the end of the year.
I was wondering if iKon would sell heads only as I already have their Bulldog handle.

The open comb model seems to have everything I would like in a razor, especially the centre bar.
Good luck to Greg.

Those handles look shorter than the Tradere handles. I can get behind that. If I could get an all stainless OC razor that had a handle like my merker 11c in length and diameter

The handle looks identical to my iKon Bulldog 11 which is 85mm long (3.3 "). The grip is amazing because the handle is slightly thicker then the original Bulldog.
