Amazing. Two awesome brushes. I just noticed the Chubby 2 LE with the ivory handle in the Simpsons website this weekend and am considering getting it.

Great looking brushes! I'm more tempted by that Chubby 2 best version as I've been wanting to try out that hair grade in the Chubby handle.

I'm getting closer and closer - but still have some models left to try out.....

Both are Chubby 2 brushes - the Duke 2 I already owned, and found the handle a bit on the smaller side, so I sold it - but great little workhorse of a brush for sure it was.

I think it's the same handle, as Rooney also uses in some of their brushes - I own this Rooney with the kind of patterned handle or very close to the same - not size and shape wise though, but pattern wise:

Send it to Arizona. The dry weather will keep them nice and preserved. Don't send it near the ocean or near the water. They might develop some fungal infection. In fact, I think it's too cold up there. You should let your brushes fly south during the winter. You know.... to winter here.

I'll take good care of them. BiggrinBiggrinBiggrin

Yes, get the large Kent brush stand. It fits the Chubby 2 perfectly.

Johnny, are you talking about the Kent plastic stand or the Kent metal stand in large, and will the small Kent stand fit the Duke 3 perhaps Smile

Thank you Johnny Smile

Just ordered 2 of each sizes brush stand in ivory plastic, one stand in chrome and one Movember special made mustache comb (I don't have a beard, but it will be perfect as a brush comb, I think - I prefer to comb my brush hairs after each shave to keep the brush hair in symmetrical shape)

Also need to dry my genuine horn and wood handled brushes hanging upside down after I shave with them, the synthetic handled brushes in my collection I just stand on their base and dry them that way Shy

Was looking for a couple of brush stands that would suit my brushes, that range from 23 mm knot sizes to 30 mm knot sizes. I think this purchase may have just covered my range of brushes perfectly.
I don't need my brush stand to look like anything flashy since my brushes are kept in my bed room on the top shelf anyway - so no one will notice the stand anyway Wink

I have one of my beautiful Mühle Stylo shaving sets with the razor, brush and stand in my bathroom for show there (own the Stylo Butterscotch set and the Stylo Thuja Wood set as well as the Mühle Sophist Black resin shaving set with stand).

The Mühle shaving sets - Stylo as well as Sophist - in my humble opinion is the best looking shaving sets I have seen - including the competition from Edwin Jagger, Pils, Merkur and Shavemac Cool

Currently this set resides in my bathroom Heart
