I am having Vie-Long make another round of LE brushes and hope to have them by the holidays (although it may end up being shortly after the holidays). I received the prototype brush this afternoon. The pictured brush is in two band Vie-Long badger but it will also be available in Natural (brown) horse and a horse/badger mixed knot.

The J.L. Petree brush is named after our very own Johnny Petree...as close to American Nobility as you can get. Not only is he related to two American presidents, his uncle was a whiskey runner in Oklahoma. The J.L Petree brush reflects Johnny's heritage -unabashed nobility with a touch of bad boy thrown in for good measure. Biggrin

The badger brushes will have a 23mm knot diameter and 46mm loft. The horse and horse/badger brushes will have a 23mm knot and a 50mm loft.

I agree and plan to do so. After talking with you I think I will increase the loft of the two band brush to 50mm while keeping the silvertip at 46mm
