Thanks to Mark I can call myself the happy owner of a M7 Two Band brush...
23/52mm should provide just for the right amount of flex on the face...
Ivory fleck handle...

And here they go...:
The M7 2 band has super soft tips (as all the Simpson 2 band lately).
With 23/52mm it has just enough splay to feel very comfortable on the face. What would be floppy with 3 band is just right with the resilient 2 band hair. This loft is right inbetween my PJ2 (50mm) and my E3 (54mm) - why I have chosen it.
So far only test lathers... tomorrow will be the first real test....

Beautiful brush! I love the M7 handle.

Is the lettering printed or engraved?

Thats a very handsome looking brush you have there. The M7 is right up their
with it's Style and Shape is a bit of an Icon among handle designs.

I wouldn't call it an 'icon'. I only brought this brush design back into the fold for Mark and Simpson within the last 2 years. It is a design that my family came up with in the early days but I would say that most brush users of today had not seen the design before it being re-released. It will take time for it to become iconic (now the Chubby is definitely an icon in my eyes...).

Hello Gary, thank you for your input. I have the LE M7 that you and Mark released, and a LE M7 Manchurian as well as a Chubby 2.

Having Ra and joint replacement in both hands: Thumbs & Fingers, I find holding the M7 works for me, very ergonomic and is certainly up their in the style department.

I have used the brush in the meantime and it is truly a fine brush with just the right loft-knot ratio. I have to admit I am very fond of the current batch of Simpson 2 band hair.
I am considering a custom Eagle G3 with 2 band hair...
Mark, if you are listening .... That one maybe next... Cool

We cannot thank you enough for that!

I really enjoy the aesthetics and the performance of my M7.
Let's hope that the M7 turns out an iconic brush.
