I know that MWF makes the hard soap for Kent, but are they the exact same product? Do they give the same great lather and is the scent the same?

I've never tried the Kent soap but have been a MWF user for quite some time.

I am pretty sure they are the same product.

Even if the ingredients are the same, I still don't believe it Tongue

Just kidding. It's my understanding, they are 100% identical, even ingredients.

To my knowledge, they are the same. From Scotland, I have brought home Kent shaving soap for both Pam and me. While I have not used MWF, from every description given on the boards they seem to be the same.

It's exactly the same stuff. In my experience they both make the same terrible lather!

If you consider MWF lather to be bad I would like to know how much you'd hate Trumper shaving soaps, lol

Whilst we're at it, why not include the Bluebeard's Revenge shaving soap too. That is also MWF/Kent in yet another different wrapper.Biggrin
They are all identical. I have MWF in the ceramic dish for regular use but also had the Kent in the wooden bowl for travelling. On a side note, it is well known for MWF to crack, but this never happened to me with Kent in the wooden bowl.

I keep my Kent in one of the screw top cans Phil used to sell. Travels well and retains that good scent.
