I just got a fantastic brush from Triad with an Oscar handle and a 30mm TGN knot. This is by far the biggest brush I've ever had. I've made one test lather with it thus far with Palmolive. How long should I load for? Should I paint on lather with it and then use the excess lather to wash the dogs? I love this brush

See how many synthetic brushes it eats. However many, then load the soap for that many minutes. Tongue

That's a big brush. Load it until you get a thick proto lather on the soap. Then load for 10 more seconds. Make sure you get the lather into the hairs and not just on the surface. Don't forget the sides too. Biggrin

It's going to eat your soaps whole!

The first shave went well with a grated La Toja Stick. I think I threw lather everywhere. I loaded for about :45 then bowl lathered for a minute or so. I had a great shave with good glide.

I love how "Oscar" is really named Steve lol.

You're crazier than I am though Dave, I don't use anything bigger than 22mm with sticks lol.

Orange Tigris Pearla handle. Personally, I like big brushes. Just load the crap out of it and enjoy.
