Wow, that has to be the most amazing vessel I've ever seen any aftershave packaged in. I've never tried Krampert's and was going to order some soon, I think I'll wait now until these beauties are available!

VERY cool - none like it on a shelf that I have seen. Distinctive is right, well done!

It could be as early as late next week. But there is a PIF for the only mirror finish one that will ever be made. At least I have no plans to ever make another.

Gents, Phil will also have them, and probably sooner than I'll have mine, so don't think you need to buy from me. Since our businesses aren't connected I have no idea if he'll offer them as a stand alone item. Of course that's up to him and I won't presume to speak for him or drive his business.

Mike_P, this is the first Bay Rum that I've ever really liked and the only Bay Rum that my wife can even tolerate the smell of. In fact, she really likes the smell. There's just something about the way the scent morphs with your body chemistry that is truly amazing.

I like other Bay Rums but Kramperts is my favorite simply for the skin conditioning stuff. I nomally will have to use an AS plus Shea Butter or Balm to combat dryness but with Kramperts, it's just the bay rum.

+1! This is the most moisturizing AS with alcohol. So you get the best of both worlds. AND the bay rum scent is one of the most well rounded BR scents out there.

Call me odd if you'll like and I got nothing against Phil, but when given an option I rather buy straight from the source - same reason I go to the farm store instead of the farmers marked.

Besides, I didn't say that laying up more of your Bay Rum was a bad thing Wink

How much bay rum does it hold?

Will it be sold already put in the flask or will it be flask + refill bottle?

I think it is a 6oz flask. The flask will come with the regularly packed bay rum in plastic bottle along with a metal funnel for transferring it.

Correct Brian.

It's called a 6oz flask, but I don't think it is. Maybe 5 ozs.

FWIW I've been using the sample for a few days now and initially I was thinking it would be more difficult to use than the flip top on the bottle. One does need a little more care, but it's nothing major. It can't be upended, but it's no more difficult to use. I actually think I've been getting a more precise puddle in my cupped palm than if I was shaking it out of the plastic top.

With most splashes, I use my finger over the end of the bottle to control the flow. I find that even bottles with reducers end up dispensing too much product unless I do this. YMMV, naturally.

Wow, talk about a fancy aftershave bottle! That flask is totally cool, and would make a nice gift. It will go especially well with your excellent aftershave.
