I wonder when the Sandalwood will be available?
Johnny, do you see a difference in the ingredients in the Pre/Post as well?
Thanks!
The last I heard on the Sandalwood, might be sometime between June-September. Who knows for sure.
When I get the new product in I will compare labels.

The old one had SLE (Sodium Lauryl Sulfate) which basically is a detergent,so yes,I was easy to make lather with even, even in extra hard water.

Yes, SLS= a flash foamer/surfactant also found in some drain cleaners!
I've always been surprised,(and thankful) that other products we use don't have this. There is a huge "sulfate free" movement happening and for good reason is you check Google for SLS; Sodium Lauryl Sulfate and Sodium Laureth Sulfate which is not as big of an offender as the first one and used in many skin and hair care formulas. There is even info out there of Sodium Lauryl Sulfate induced neoplasm, hair loss, etc.
I still love Proraso and hope that the new line performs at least as well as the old.

Frankly, bringing up the vastly larger concentrations of SLS or SLES in industrial cleaners in the context of a discussion of shaving creams is a false correlation, and fear mongering.

I hear you and I agree. I'm just honestly happier without these ingredients in the product and hoping that it performs well.
I would suppose that we can find too many chemicals that we should stay away from in modern daily life but I guess that it is what it is and ultimately, there may be too much fear mongering about lots of this stuff.
That was definitely not my intention at all- I state as I consume the last of my Hershey's syrup laden ice cream on a work break.
