Best shave initially expected, because the materials were not bad, but at an early riser, cold and listless shaving.

In the end such a good mood, as hurry achieved.

SOTD Sunday 12-2-2012

Sabi T2 Bull Mastiff Flair Tip
Voskhod Teflon Blade
Proraso PSC
Proraso SC
Natural Bristle Boar
Dickinson's
Witch Hazel
Nivea Replenishing ASB
Mennen Skin Bracer

Second dance with the Sabi CC Head. I reconfigured back to the original handle (I last used the Sabi Head on a Weber Bulldog but, I have decided to go back to original T2 configuration as I have a DE89 Head for the Weber now.) The Sabi Head is very aggressive. It looks like a Merkur CC head but, the blade gap is much larger and this big dog likes to eat. I would say it's between a FaTip and a R41 on the aggressiveness scale. I actually like the way it shaves; close and effective without the danger inherent in the R41 blade angle. At any rate, it's turning out to be a very good return on the meager investment involved for this razor; who wouldda thunk it! Biggrin

a little disappointed with the Cella... didn't protect as much as I'd have liked, leaving my face a little sore.. oh hum!! another one to add to the 'bonce shaving' pile...

#6 Horsehair
Dovo Bismarck 5/8
Brinell SC
Lubriderm unscented moisturizer
Brut AS
Brut Cologne

Today was my first shave with the Brinell cream which I received last week, and I think it's nice stuff. Good lather which is very easy to create, very moisturizing so it helps the blade glide aspect, and it protects against irritation. The scent is quite strong, although it seems to be tolerable. My wife said to me that the scent of Brut is not one of her favorites, so I said to her, "Babe, you don't have to wear it!" The Dovo gave me an absolutely awesome shave - no complaints there!
