Well, I was hoping some of the seasoned users might know an alternative to that mass production with a similar smell.

Never mind.

Mama Bear has some Good Old Spice Smellin Soaps.

But, I would hope that she would like Bay Rum or Spicy Bay Rum.

Now as for my Wife ... she will give me her opinion on just about everything that comes to her mind but, she says nothin about what I smell like. No Comments on the Soaps, Creams, After-Shaves or Colognes.

Her only comment since I started to include Pre-Shave, Post-Shave, After-Shave Steps is that I take longer to shave.

And of course she will make some comment if I don't shave for a couple of days because I start to look grungy.

So the Entire Shaving Experience is mine, All Mine, ALL MINE.

Now I have had some nice comments from some other women folk, so at least what I am doing is not going entirely unnoticed.

Bay rum might be a good bet...but if she likes Old Spice she might also like some of the more old school scents...Proraso, Floid, Aqua Velva, Brut, etc.

a grumpy old man Biggrin Wink

Just kidding......or am I Tongue

Old Spice to me is the smell of my father, and of mainstream good solid quality fragrance for older gentlemen.

Not that there is ANYTHING wrong with that, scent is HIGHLY personal and a YMMV thing......

Say what!!!!! Huh

I like He Wood Rocky Mountain, it smells of fresh cut wood tree dipped into the ocean

I dislike Old Spice, because it reminds me of a cheap supermarket spicy older man fragrance.

Not that Rocky Mountain is niche quality stuff, but it's an entirely different fragrance to my nose.......just shows how much this is a YMMV thing Smile

He Wood Rocky Mountain and Old Spice smells as much a like as Dior Fahrenheit and Proraso After Shave Splash does......
