Sunday:
Omega Wooden Handle
Sabi Faux Ebony/Nacet (transplanted from a Parker 22R)
Noxzema SC
Lubriderm unscented moisturizer
Booster Polar Ice AS
JHL Cologne
It's been so long since I've used my darling Noxzema cream, and that's very inconsiderate of me. This stuff is still my #1 favorite of all creams, and I love it so much. I guess I rarely use it because it's discontinued and when I finish off all my tubes of it, there won't be any way to get it again. The Sabi is a terrific razor, but it's definitely not so mild. The Booster aftershaves are among the greatest aftershaves ever created - Vive le Canada!

Sunday 4/25:
On the road this week, using my travel gear.
Pre: Hot shower, hot towel
Soap: DR Harris Arlington stick
Brush: Simpsons Classic-1 in 2-band Super
Blade: Gillette Platinum (made in Russia)
Razor: Ball-end Gillette Tech
Post: Alum, Gentleman's Refinery the Standard AS balm
I mailed some blades to my hotel, but they must've been lost. I was pleasantly surprised to find the Gillettes at a nearby Art of Shaving (I'm staying near Union Square in SF).

Gentlemen, it's a soft spring day here in the province. Birds chatter in the trees, while Harry, my friend the cardinal, spins his song with a stream of intricate notes. It's a good day to smile.

Somerset Simpson Chubby 3 Manchurian brush
Crabtree & Evelyn Sweet Almond Oil shaving cream

Sunday morning:
Hot towel face prep
ARKO turned into a puck
$.50 chinese boar brush
Slim adj set to 9
Vintage Wilk SS super edge (6)
KF bay rum
it was just that sort of shave.
BTW, It had been awhile since I last used ARKO. It quickly reminded me of why I place it in slot of the best bang for the buck of any soap on the planet. If you can stand the scent (I love it) the lather is absolutely fantastic; easy, and lots of it. Not the richest in cream/fat, but pretty decent for a buck. I could easily get by with just ARKO, I'd really miss the others, but I could easily use ARKO every day.
