I'm hoping to acquire some Bay Rum aftershave in the very near future and I wanted a recommendation for a similarly scented soap.

I've tried a sample size of Mystic Water Bay Rum soap which was most agreeable and in the absence of any other recommendations I'll be ordering a tub!

Ben, i doubt you will find a better one than Mystic Water! i find Michelle's Bay Rum intoxicating! Go ahead and order it. i think you will find it has the most "natural" bay rum scent and not overpowering in a synthetic kind of way like most out there. This is, of course, a subjective view.

Ben, i really believe Michelle's Bay Rum has a fantastic scent, but again, it is a subjective view. You could try others, but the benefit to hers is that it will never dry out your skin as most others, unfortunately, are prone to do; she uses very simple ingredients, so enjoy the soap.

Olivia's cream has a really nice bay rum, I enjoyed it a lot. Calani also has a great bay rum. Both whip up some fantastic, slick lather.

Queen Charlotte Soaps all-natural Cayman soap and cream (croap) are an outstanding bay rum scent. I highly recommend.

Not yet Brian. But Krissies (Prarie Creations) Tallow and Rum "Spiced Rum" with Captain Morgans is really good and mates with my Bay Rum excellently IMO.

I'm a soap guy and don't have any bay rum soap, unfortunately.

BUT, the only cream I use is Al's Calypso. GREAT STUFF. GREAT SMELL. GREAT LATHER.

Too bad it's only a sample and will last 3 more shaves Sad

Agreed, it's a simple straight-forward Bay Rum without any extra fiddling to make the scent more complex. The scent reminds me of Master Bay Rum, I use them together quite often. So if you know you do not like Master BR..you may not like Mike's.
