Hello Nookers,

this is my first message as an artisan here, I hope to do well.

For sale is PANNACREMA, my handmade shaving soap (it's a croap actually), directly from Italy. Since this is my first message, since it is almost Christmas, and since I just feel like so, I'm giving you nookers a 15% discount until the end of the year, shipping costs excluded. If you want to know the voucher code, please send me a private message.

You can see the available fragrances here: www.pannacrema.com/en/

There's another fragrance, currently out of stock, that will be available in a couple of days: San Francesco.

Any problem, please let me know (orders AT pannacrema.com).
Any question, please ask.

Happy holidays to everyone Rolleyes

That's a very interesting program, Marco. It would make it worthwhile to stock up on every fragrance you like, if nothing else.

Marco looks like you have a great product there. I'm a huge fan of all things Italian being half Italian myself! I also like how you varied the scents and stepped outside of the traditional "almond" scent that dominates the Italian shaving soap market. I would love to try one of your soaps- just out of curiosity, what is the approximate cost to ship a bar to the US?

Thanks!

Thank you Tom. Shipping up to 100 grams it would cost 5.50 euros (it should be about 7.35 USD), but unfortunately the whole packet weights a tiny little more than that, and thus the price range falls into the next category, up to 250 grams, which is 8.50 euros (11.30 USD).

Now that you make me think about this, I could reduce the soap net weight, for example down to 90 or 85 grams, so to fall into the first price category. That would make buying one single bar 4 dollars cheaper, what do you think about that?

Honestly, that seems like a better deal for US customers, Marco. Are the standard bars 100g?

If you were to only buy one bar, the $4 makes a pretty big difference, but at the current weight you can get 2 bars shipped for the same price as 1, so that seems like the better deal.

Did some computations, now I'm really tired Biggrin

To make the one bar soap shipping cheaper I should reduce the soap weight down to 70 grams (and its price consequently of course). Then with all the packaging it would fall into the 100 grams price category, while shipping two or three soaps would cost the same.

As of now it costs the same to ship 1 or 2 soaps, then it would cost the same shipping 2 or 3 soaps but would cost less to ship just 1.

What do you guys would prefer? Isn't it a 70 grams soap bar too small?

Marc, your soaps look lovely and very interesting! What about shipping within Europe (Portugal, for example)? What are the shipping costs?

Maybe you should have the two options (70g and 100g), but I don't know if that option is reasonable...

Ordered as well - can't wait to try your soaps!

FYI for USA buyers, make sure you select your State when you create your account, you won't get an error message until you try to finalize your payment in Paypal.
