SOLD

My order from France just arrived and I have one new travel size (50g) of Martin de Cadre Scented Shaving Soap available. The price is $42.21 plus USPS Priority Shipping. This is quite a bit cheaper than ordering one jar alone.

Contact me with questions. Best!

Michael

Before shipping from MdC it's $31. The full jar of 170g is about $15 more, or $46.

I have no idea though what the shipping cost is from France.

Just so everyone knows: shipping charges for this order was e32.80 or $43.18. I apportioned part of the shipping charge to the price of the shave cream. If anyone would like to order directly from France, feel free! It will cost about $60. Shok

Not complaining about the price at all, I do find that you priced it fairly. But the MDC site is showing me that 38.45 Euros shipped to me, this is equal to around $50.00 not $60.00

Gentlemen, the FS thread is not the place to be discussing what anyone thinks is a fair or not fair price.

Absolutely correct.

Plus, if you take the asking price of the seller and tack on priority mail charges, you are still under $50.00, so the price is good.

Johnny, I don't believe anybody stated that the price was at all bad, in fact it's set great
. I simply showed the OP that it was around $51.00 shipped, not $60.00 like he stated.

Anyway, I expect this to be gone by the end of the night for sure.

Just yesterday I closed my "secret" bank account, i.e. the account on which I make my BST purchases, so that the only active account I have is my joint account which my wife monitors pretty closely (not suspiciously, but rather for kids' costs and stuff). This is a long premable to lament that I should have waited to close the secret account until after seeing this post. Ah nuts. Good luck withe sale!

That's why you need a paypal account just for this hobby. Sell a few things, buy something.

The MdC is sold!

If I may be permitted to make one final comment. I would like to assure everyone that I am not making any money off of this. When I figure the cost of the product, ship charge from France, conversion cost, credit card fee, shipping and handling to the buyer, I am barely at breakeven if not a bit behind....and my $60 cost estimate is probably too low!

Just my two cents. Best!

Michael

Congratulations.

Not sure how you think sixty dollars would be too low of a price. Huh

It can be had from MDC for about fifty dollars shipped as I showed you a few posts up.
