Sabi SB/Weber Bulldog
Astra Superior Platinum Blade
Proraso PSC
Musgo Real SC
Omega 31064 Boar
Dickinson's Witch Hazel
Nivea Replenishing ASB
Brut Original Cologne
The Sabi might look like a Merkur SB but it has a larger blade gap and is a lot more aggressive. It aggressive level is just right for my liking and delivers a smooth slick shave in two passes. (I always throw in a third pass in case I missed anyplace besides, I'm just having too much fun! lol)

• Razor: Mühle R89 Rosegold
• Blade: Astra SP
• Brush: GDCarrington Custom Maple Apple Brush with Ace Shaving 22mm High Density Silvertip
• Cream: Erasmic Lather Shaving Cream
• AS: Aqua Velva Musk
• Post: Cold Water Rinse, Bath of Aftershave
I can thank today's shave to the enablers...James for showing off his beautiful Rosegold R41. Gary because he knows of my brushing making addiction as he is an addict himself. Roger for going on about how great the Astra SP's are in the DE89. Last but not just as important as the others, Robert for talking about how wonderful the scent Erasmic shaving cream leaves on your face.
Well thank you enablers...today's shave was incredible.
My love affair with the Ace Shaving knot has not stopped and may never, it is the only brush I want to use lately. It retains enough water after one gentle shake to build a perfect lather without the need to add any additional water when using creams.
The Erasmic was as wonderful as Robert said. The scent is clean and fresh without being overwhelming. I also wish they made this as an aftershave splash, as I enjoy the clean smell that much.
The R89 just seemed a little better than the DE89, from fit and finish, to the shave it provided. I am sure that it is all in my head, but it just seems like a better made razor than the Edwin Jagger.

You are most welcome. I thought that handle / knot combination would be right up your alley. Great image.

Century 4 reknot brush with TGN two band finest badger fan knot
Gillette NEW razor
Gillette 7 O'Clock Super Platinum [Dark Blue] blade (2nd use)
Prairie Creations pre-shave oil
Tcheon Fung Sing shaving soap
up & up (Target house brand) witch hazel
Prairie Creations Unscented Aftershave Balm
Floris Cefiro talc
Penhaligon's Blenheim Bouquet EdT
The Tcheon Fung Sing is actually a "croap" and I can now say that my Century reknot works beautifully with all three shaving mediums: creams, soaps, and croaps. I am obviously beyond pleased.
