We're going to try to achieve a price point not to exceed $10-12 including shipping/processing fees. Modest volume pricing could drive it lower. Two possible styles (not shown at relative scale)...

That's a great price point Bill. I was hoping that it wouldn't exceed $20. Count me in for at least one, probably two.

i voted "NO", but am now reconsidering based on the following:
are they going to be shaving mugs or coffee mugs?
judging by the pics, they appear to be "coffee" to which i'd be out, i'm not a mug drinker. if they are shorter "shave" mugs, say the height of an OS mug, i might be in.

We're not directly steering it to be a shave mug but it's possible the final choice will compare favorably to that size.
