Hello,

My name is Nicolas and I am living in France.
I have been lurking for quite some time so I thought I should just join.

I am a member of the French forum rasage-traditionnel.com.

I have been wet shaving for over 10 years, I now mainly use DEs of which I own quite a lot (>20) but I also sometimes use my beloved Henckels Friodur 8/8 round point straight.
My crush nowadays is the Merkur Futur or maybe the Weber DLC with classic handle.
I have now sticked with Martin de Candre or Proraso soap for a few months and they are all I need for now.
A few nice brushes are on their way to my den. 2013 seems to start as a nice shaving year Biggrin

It's great to have you in the Nook! I just recently received my first pot of MdC and I don't see myself using anything else for quite a while.

Ahoy hoy and welcome to the nook.

I could live with nothing but Martin de Candre. Have you ever managed to visit their factory and museum?

That's about 300 km from here but no and I don't plan to to be honest. I love the stuff though.

Howdy and Welcome to TSN

300 KM equals 186 Miles

Give or take a Three Hour Trip and that would be a little too much for me too.
