as the title says, I'm looking to buy Proraso's sensitive skin shaving cream in the tub.

Are you looking for the old or new formula?

Why not just buy a new tub then? The old formula was my very first soap when I took a plunge into DE shaving. I ordered it together with EJ DE89 Barley Chrome and a best badger brush. I love that soap! Have not tried the new formulation, but Proraso is reliable and from all accounts new formula is just as good or better. The old one was Green tea and Aloe and the new one is Green Tea and Oats. Old one also had a good amount of menthol in it. Not annoying, but just enough. Smells great, performs great, what's not to like?

Italian Barber has it on sale brand new for about $6 and some change if you don't get any other offers.

I only have a tub of the old formula. If you'd like it let me know. Used maybe 1/2 a dozen times.

being the hardcore capitalist that I am, I try to find products on the cheap if someone doesn't really want it/like it anymore to save a few bucks. Tongue

I'm with you man. I've been thinking about trying it too.

I've only tried the Proraso Green in the tube... old formula. Something in it made me break out. The shave itself wasn't bad, just later in the day my face was hating me.

I'm sure it was the parabens, I'm kind of Proraso-shy Tongue

Goodness dont be Proraso shy if it was the parabens they have been removed. For only $6.99 at Italian Barber try the Red Proraso. I know a guy who tried all the Proraso and the red was perfect no irritation at all. It's a different Sandalwood smell but a Fantastic soap. Now that the line has none of the junk in it you should give it another shot with the red and now the blue Proraso.Lightbulb
