About a month ago I had placed an order with Juan from Gifts & Care. I wanted a Vie Long 2-Band brush with a flat top shape. He said that I should place the order for a brush with the handle design I wanted and just write a note that I want flat shaped. He would then have Vie Long make the brush. I did just what he stated, only problem was when I received the brush it was 3-band instead of the 2-band I had mentioned, Vie Long had sent him the wrong hair type.

I emailed Juan, explained the problem, and he apologized for the inconvenience. He advised me to send the brush back and he would reimburse me the shipping fee that I paid to send the brush back. I shipped out the brush and Juan sent me the money. Juan said he put the order in with Vie Long and would send the brush out as soon as he received it from them.

Regarding your business with Juan, he truly is a gentleman. His customer service is top notch.
I ordered something from him a few months ago on a sunday. On monday I got confirmation my order would be shipped. On wednesday he had sent me an email with apologies; he had just became a father and for that matter my package hadn't been shipped yet. He even tossed in a free product. I explained him that there was absolutely no need for the apologies, but he insisted. Received my package two days later.

Juan is a pleasure to deal with.

No pics here either.

The only thing that has stopped me from submitting an order with G&C is the shipping. There is nothing we can do about that obviously but he does have some really good base pricing!

This is set at 48mm, I could have gone down to 45, though. Still a great brush, used it today.
