I'm not a fan of the lighter weight shorter handle types. Just curious if anyone has tried these.

I have one...not bad actually...I prefer the closed comb ...first one I bought came apart but he sent me another one for a special price....I had dropped it on the floor and bent the doors and it broke when I tried to fix it...mostly my fault and not the razor

Thanks for the reply. I do have a long handle safety bar TTO Cadet that I really like. These just seem like they would cause some kind of excitement since open comb TTO's are rare in general.

I had one, very efficient shaver, but I wasn't a huge fan.

Fairly aggressive, and the head seemed light in weight, almost seemed like it was vibrating while I was shaving if that makes any sense at all.

I have the Model 12 TTO and like it quite alot. Very efficient, easy to handle and gives me close, comfortable shaves. I'm suprised they are not more popular.

I feel the same way. To me the TTO OC beats out the 3-piece by a slight margin. Still efficient but a tad smoother.

The Cadet TTO open comb and closed comb that I have shave about the same - the main difference is that the OC has the centre of gravity a little closer to the head.

I prefer long handled razors, but the shorter handle of the TTO OC don't bother me.
