Thats a really nice Rooney! And it seems that its knot (hair) is still functional.I wonder how does it performs, but I bet that like a Vulfix Grosvenor 404,which is a pretty neat brush.
I also like the handle shape and I would love to see Rooney trying to "make back to life" some of those vintage handles.
Thanks for showing us,my friend!

Thank you very much for displaying friend, the truth is that Rooney intrigues me greatly. Over time I hope to add to my collection any more, but for now I can only enjoy images like yours.

Regards

A great looking lineup of vintage Rooney brushes! I only have one - a beehive seen below. I placed my Vie-Long Beehive LE Super Silvertip beside the Rooney to give some reference to the size of the Rooney.

Love those beehives. Is the hair in the OP original though, since it looks like the loft is much shorter?

Very nice brushes Sir. Thanks for posting.

I have just one and it was restored with a UK silvertip. Performs very well.

Where do you get your Rooney's vintage or modern? What's a good medium, moderately inexpensive one.
