I sent him a hug PIF bag, COD. I am still waiting, on him, to pick up his package, so I can collect the money, for shipping. When you send COD, you pre-pay the shipping, and, then, the recipient pays the Post Office, and, you get the money back. So, I am still waiting to get that money back.
